Finance Funding Australia Pty Ltd are bound by the laws governing the consumer credit act. We follow the act to the letter on all requirements. Before we begin to negotiate finance on your behalf, our agreement, stating our terms and conditions must be agreed to by the applicant. (Our agreement is at the end of the Apply Now section, before submitting.) Our agreement lists out or terms and conditions and caters for the privacy consent under the privacy act.
